- 3 Layer Training Program
- Basic Safeguarding Training / Industry specific Training / Location/ Site specific Training.
- On-the-Job (OJT) Training: Regular On-site & off-site training to update security skills; impart site-specific changes in security procedures; improve skill levels; refresh security skills; etc.
- Optional training to client’s staff of security.
- Security Survey of site by PHOENIX professional team.
- Regular Security audit by PHOENIX professional team to recommend change for improved security & Safety.
- Regular visit for monitoring of site:
- Surprise night checks by Area officer,
- Regular site visits by Area Manager; Branch Manager & Random Visit by Operation head.
- Monthly review meeting with clients to solve the security related issues/ difficulties.
- Regular interaction by Marketing Dept. for independent feedback.
- 24X7 accessibility at all levels within PHOENIX.
